To realize your short-term visit, you apply for the "visitor visa" type of the German Schengen visa. Note that a short-term visitor visa does not give you the right to live permanently in Germany, the visa is issued to you for your short-term visit.
Germany Schengen Visa
There are single-entry and multiple-entry types of Germany Schengen visa. You can also apply for long-term visas, i.e. three-month, six-month, one-year, two-year or five-year visas. You can enter any Schengen country after obtaining a Germany Schengen visa. However, in any case, we definitely recommend that you make your first entry into the Schengen area from the country where you received your visa, that is, from Germany. Otherwise, if you try to enter the Schengen area with a German visa from another country, unless you mentioned it during your visa application, the border service of that country may turn you back and deny you entry. This experience has been experienced in some cases and therefore we recommend you to avoid this risk.
If you are applying for a German Schengen visa, you must indicate the maximum number of days you will stay in Germany during your trip.

When submitting the documents, a 35 euro visa fee, 24.5 euro (47 AZN) visa center service fee is paid. It is possible to pay this payment both in cash only with manat and by card. The manat equivalent of the visa fee is adjusted by the embassy according to the exchange rate of the day.
Chances of Getting a Germany Schengen Visa
As with the visa application of any country, your chances of getting a visa in Germany depend on the state of your profile. Your workplace and position are normal, your monthly income is in the standard salary range or higher (in experience, there have been many cases of obtaining visas for people with a monthly income of 500-600 AZN), you have enough money in your bank account to cover your entire trip, the nuances that bind you to the country Availability (having property in your name, family and children) and a good travel history are factors that increase your chances of getting a Germany Schengen visa. Despite the existence of people who received their first Schengen visa from the German embassy, in most cases, we advise applicants to avoid making their first Schengen visa application to the German embassy, unless their profile indicators are at a high level (every one of the nuances listed above is in order and above the standards). It stands out as a risky choice for applicants with standard or sub-standard profiles. Having one or more Schengen visas before can significantly increase your chances of getting a visa from the German embassy.
During the guest visa, the fact that you are closely related to the person who invited you and that you submit documents confirming this to the embassy, as well as the correctness and completeness of the documents you provide about yourself and the person who invited you, have a positive effect on your chances of getting a visa.
