In particular, the Personal Data required for responding to queries made and delivering electronic marketing communications will be processed for as long as the User does not revoke the consent given and, once that consent has been withdrawn, for the time necessary to answer for any liabilities that may have arisen. In any case, when the personal data is not required for the purpose for which it was obtained and until it is not finally canceled, it will be retained in a blocked form.
During payment through the site, information about the client card is not stored on the site.

Vizam.az and other cooperating companies for the preparation of your visa documents bear no responsibility in case of violation of the regulations and laws.
Our prices may change on the website without prior notice as they are affected by exchange rates and regulated by visa submission centers, consulates, and embassies. In all cases, the customer sees and pays the final amount.
The customer confirms that before making any purchase he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of the website.
Refund will be considered in the following circumstances and will be applied to only Vizam.az service fee:
The refund will be made after the customer’s request by an email attaching a copy of his/her receipt. The process takes 10 working days for local debit/credit card payments and 20-25 working days for international cards considering serving the Vizam.az office.
Certain charges like courier service, related vendor fees, translation costs are applicable to pay back to the customers if only the related processes are not started yet. Vizam.az keeps the right not to refund considering the start of the above-mentioned related-party, partner services.
Violation of any of the rules between the applicant and Vizam.az will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the served operating country.
